From a Simple Idea to a Life-Changing Platform

The story of Zowfity began with a simple observation—modern families are busier than ever, yet reliable home services are still hard to find. Running a household often means juggling multiple contacts, chasing service providers, and spending countless hours managing basic needs. At the same time, many skilled individuals, especially housewives, possess untapped potential, unable to access traditional employment opportunities.

In 2024, two dreamers—my partner and I—set out on a mission not just to change our own lives, but to impact the lives of countless others. It all began in the heart of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, where we saw a gap in the way everyday services were delivered and how local talent—especially from households—remained hidden and underutilized. With determination, vision, and a deep desire to create opportunities, we built Zowfity—a platform that solves daily service needs while empowering skilled individuals and homemakers to turn their passion into purpose.

That dream became Zowfity.

Our mission was threefold:

1.Make everyday life easier by providing a one-stop platform for trusted, professional home services.

2.Empower homemakers and independent creators, especially women, by giving them a digital marketplace to showcase and sell their creations—be it homemade food, handcrafted items, or unique local products.

3.Mission-driven ecosystem to eradicate unemployment and promote self-reliance.

What started as a small startup with a big heart quickly grew into a trusted community-driven platform that brings together customers, service providers, and creators across cities. Today, Zowfity is not just about services—it’s about empowerment, connection, and trust.

2024: Zowfity was founded with a vision to offer “everything at your doorstep.”

2025: Launched seller and creator onboarding to support home-based entrepreneurs.

But we went a step further—we opened our doors to anyone with skills and passion: technicians, beauticians, artisans, and even homemakers with homemade goods and ideas. Zowfity became their platform, their storefront, their livelihood.

As we laid the foundation of Zowfity, we took an important step forward: In 2024, we became MSME certified through Udyam Registration, officially recognizing Zowfity as a registered micro enterprise under the Government of India. This milestone marked our commitment to creating sustainable opportunities and contributing meaningfully to the economy.
